Knowing how to relax (relaxing=liberation of tension) requires method and a minimum of training, but this is essential to our physical and psychological equilibrium , because we know that relaxation reduces the risk of stress and anxiety.
It is particularly important to learn how to relax to prevent the release of different organs malfunctioning (tense muscles, fast heart beat, fast and superficial breathing…)
In cure therapy, individual or group meeting, you will experience your deep resources and your capacities to master and recreate self harmony and calmness in all circumstances.
Calming or dynamic, this relaxation always creates a pleasant feeling of well-being, serene. This dynamic relaxation favours blood circulation, helps recuperation, toxic elimination and tones the body.
This treatment increases the circulation, facilitates recovery and supports the toning up of all the body.  Duration: ≈ 45 minutes

In the temples of Thailand, several centuries ago, a corporal therapy, based on ayurvedic yoga, and martial arts was born.

The practician applies the massage through pressure from the thumbs, the palms along the lines of the energetic body (shen) and all therapies points. The precise combination of postures and pressures allows balancing and reinforcing the flow of energy (chi,ki, prana…) in the whole tissues, muscles, ligaments and organs.

From all these actions, results a deep feeling of corporal unity, a deep calm and relaxed state allowing the elimination of negative effects of stress, and toxins.
