Do
you know that it is possible to improve your vision
naturally?
Do you know that
you can learn to see better?
|
-
Do your
eyes burn, itch, become red or has your vision even
deteriorated since you spend time at the computer?
-
Have you
noticed that after looking at the screen for a
while, you have difficulty focusing in the distance?
-
Are your
eyes tired after reading?
-
Do you
have difficulty focusing at a near point and have to
hold your book further and further away?
|
|
If you have always worn glasses, have you had to
increase your prescriptions ? Are you aware of staring
when you concentrate, listen to something or someone?
Natural Vision Improvement with the Bates Method
teaches you how to use your eyes in everyday life. You
learn how to look in order to see, and the role of the
mind in vision.

“We see
very largely with the mind, and only partly with the
eyes. The phenomena of vision depend upon the mind’s
interpretation of the impression upon the.retina. What
we see is not that impression but our own interpretation
of it.”
Dr. W.H. Bates 1860-1931

The mind cannot process the
images it receives and at the same time be preoccupied
with worries, problems, emotions, trauma, organisation
or just day-dreaming.
As you learn to be aware of the bad habits in the use of
the eyes and integrate good habits, you will find that
your vision will become sharper.
